Bill Stewart - Owner and Managing Partner
Bill has been in the construction trades for most of his
adult life. He attended Arizona State University, and
received his BA degree in Secondary Education from the
University of Ottawa. The life experiences that
have brought Bill to own and manage his own construction
company was working as a Framing carpenter, Structural
concrete form carpenter, Commercial Superintendent
(Overseas and in the U.S.), Trades Instructor at A.G.C.,
Northland Pioneer C.C. & Blueridge High School) and
Residential Superintendent for quality home-builders.
Bill draws from all of his experiences to bring
knowledge, expertise and the commitment to his clients.
His promise is to be there from the beginning until the
end of each project, whether it is for the development
of a new home construction build or a remodeling
project.
When Bill is not working, you might find him taking
trips with his wife and business partner Jan, in their
RV to do some camping, fishing and sightseeing, or
taking his Jeep out on the road and climbing up the side
of a mountain.

Craig Burkhart - Project Manager
Craig has spent the last ten years as Vice President of
Construction for an Arizona homebuilder. Prior to
that, Craig held the positions of Director, General
Superintendent and Lead Superintendent for two other
homebuilders in the Valley. He holds a BS degree
in Construction Management.
Craig has a thorough understanding of construction
techniques, requirements of each trade and the
management skills necessary to insure both quality and
productivity.
Craig also has the proven ability to interface with all
related entities within the building process.
Getting the job done right the first time is his main
objective.

Joseph Conk -
Architect
With more than 28 years of experience in his profession,
Joe’s involvement in project planning, design,
construction document and construction administration
matches innovation with cost and time management.
Client contact, personal service and a responsive
attitude are assured regardless of project size.
Working closely with Client and Contractor, his
leadership abilities contribute to the success of
maintaining restrictive budget and schedule parameters
on an extensive range of projects.
Joe has a passion for design and architecture, and truly
believes that quality design can be achieved within the
project budget.

Matt Stewart - Field Superintendent
Matt is an experienced superintendent. He has spent the
last nine years in the construction industry. Formerly
with Pulte Homes, he was the first superinten-dent in
his division to have a house 100% complete at the
customer walk thru. Paying attention to the smallest
detail, excelling in customer service skills and
communicating with the homeowner are some of Matt’s
strengths. He brings a strong, positive confidence and
integrity to this team.
Matt loves to spend time with his wife and three
children. He is active with his church and loves
the outdoors.
